   Primary school places in Dulwich

Dulwich schools

You may already know that there aren’t enough primary school places in Dulwich. This year the situation reached crisis point with scores of children from Dulwich receiving offers of primary school places a long way outside the area, some over two miles away and requiring two bus journeys to reach.

We believe that a resolution to this problem is now long overdue. The council’s Lib Dem leadership needs to do something about this crisis now so that more children and parents don’t find themselves without local school places next year.

We want to hear from you if you struggled to get a local primary school place for your child this year or have struggled in recent years. Our calls for a solution to the problem will be much stronger if we are able to back them up with real-life examples. To tell us about your experience simply email southwarklabourparty@googlemail.com or visit www.southwarklabour.co.uk/schoolplaces and leave your comments on the form at the bottom of the page.
